It's the latest brand we've added to the Spoke-n-Sport lineup.

Otso is a Minnesota-based company with a heart for gravel and fat tires that drives the spirit of cycling forward like nothing else.

Why start a bike company?

Good question that Otso was kind enough to answer.

"The short answer is because we wanted bikes that did not exist. Most people would just keep dreaming and hoping somebody would make their ideal bike someday. But if you are the slightly crazy mechanical engineers and innovators from Wolf Tooth, you start a new bike company and spend every free minute making those bikes a reality.”

These bikes are a dream come true. From color selection to custom-build options, it would be impossible to find a combination that doesn’t fit your riding style and aesthetic preferences. Even better? They have bikes in stock! (As of this writing but many not for long.)

Tuesday, who manages the Tuthill store on South Cliff Avenue, is our Otso point person.

"I have had the opportunity to race the Otso Voytek fat bike, and holy cats, it is a snappy ride," she said. "It has been designed with mountain bike geometry in mind and you can really feel the difference in handling and the narrower Q-factor, or the space between the pedals, so there isn’t much of a learning curve going between bikes. If cruising around is your thing, it is lightweight and low to the ground which feels secure and confident through deep fluffy snow or fast groomed trails. Ten out of ten, would recommend."

Tuesday said the next bike we will stock is the Waheela C, a carbon gravel bike in some breathtaking colors. This bike isn’t just good for gravel. It can be configured to a cyclocross bike with just the flick of a switch. It has clearance for the tire choice suited to your adventures and is an amazing option for endurance road riders as well.

The layout of the Waheela C is designed to allow maximum comfort, stability, and responsiveness when the going gets tough. Keep an eye out because

some of these have left the store already and they are stunning. The pictures shown here are of a fresh build we did that was ordered, shipped, assembled and taken out for its first adventure in a matter of weeks.

So, how do you get your hands on one (or two) of these phenomenal bikes? It’s easy.

Contact us and let us know, we will walk you through the bike configurator to see what setup you need. You get to pick everything from drivetrain and wheel and tire choice all the way down to the color of the headset spacers. Then we will submit the order through Otso and BAM, as long as everything is in stock, your bike should be here in just a few weeks. 

If choosing every detail isn’t your thing, no worries. We’ve got base builds hitting the floor soon enough in an array of beautiful custom colors for you to choose from.
